个人简介:

1996年毕业于山东(工业)大学,考入大连理工大学三束材料改性国家重点实验室读硕士,两年后转攻读博士学位。2001年底毕业,2002年至2004年在清华大学物理系博士后流动站工作,出站后留校工作。2005年到德国西门子公司中央研究院从事离子束辅助沉积相关设备和实验工作。2007年调到欧洲杯下单平台工作,2018年评为教授。目前是多个国内外刊物的评审,在国内外重要刊物上发表论文100余篇。其中SCI收录30多篇,EI收录20多篇。以第一、二发明人申请专利70多项,已授权50多项。先后主持过国家自然科学基金5项、国家863课题3项、基础加强课题1项、技术基础科研1项、装备预研1项、航天科研基金、航空科研基金和企业横向科研项目等40多项。

 

北京市新材料技术协会副会长、入选北京市科技新星;国家自然基金委、科技部、科工委等的项目评审专家;中国电工学会电子束离子束专业委员会委员、中国电子学会超导电子学专业委员会委员、《微纳电子技术》理事会理事;成果获2017年北京市技术发明奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖等。受聘为中船系统工程研究院和北京卫星环境工程研究所“特聘教授”。目前是教育部重点实验室常务副主任。

 

在国际上提出同步织构(STEX)方法、离子束结构改性(ISM)方法等用于YBCO涂层导体制备;在国际上首先报道了采用离子束辅助沉积和化学溶液方法结合用于YBCO涂层导体的成功制备;在自行设计的新型热处理设备上,制备的大面积2-3英寸双面超导薄膜表面微波电阻达到实用化世界先进水平;提出采用新型的载能束改性等方法,对于REBCO高温超导膜进行磁通钉扎,电流密度提高1-2个数量级,达到量子极限;针对宽带隙半导体的p掺杂难题,实验上成功采用共掺杂技术解决;提出在金属铝等导体中引入石墨烯掺杂提高导电的技术,可以大大降低电力损耗和提高电子器件的品质因子。针对小型化高精度微弱磁场探测迫切需求,提出超导/GMI复合结构新概念传感器;针对微弱磁场测量对于环境降噪的苛刻要求,提出通过高精度梯度装置以及采用主被动结合的高效磁屏蔽技术实现识别与探测。针对精密磁探测应用面临的诸多问题,与北京卫星环境工程研究所、中船系统工程研究院、海洋探测研究院、西安空间无线电技术研究所等单位合作开展系列创新工作。
